What we keep when you send us an enquiry, why, where it’s kept, and how to delete it.

What we keep

• If you send us an enquiry: what you write in the form, that is your name, email and message, and your business, what you’re looking for, your budget and your timeline if you give them.
• If you joined the Lab before 12 October 2026: the name and email address you joined with, and your answers to the two questions we asked then.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, and to follow up if you’re planning a project. We don’t send newsletters or marketing emails, and we don’t sell or share your details.

Where it’s kept

With Supabase, which stores it for us in Singapore. An enquiry also comes to our inbox by email, sent through Resend.

Who sees it

Only the studio.

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies the site sets are the ones that keep the studio itself signed in.

Deleting it

To delete an enquiry you sent, email hello@mjbk.space and we’ll delete it and its email.

If you joined the Lab before 12 October 2026, when it opened to everyone, your account and answers are still kept, with the copy of your sign-up that came to our inbox. Email hello@mjbk.space and we’ll delete them all.
